Traveling to and from France
French authorities have taken and published a certain number of recommendations and measures to prevent and slow down the spreading of Covid-19 ; this communication aims to relay this information and to enlighten any concerns or queries you may have.
A - The situation:

B- The measures implemented in France by French authorities:
Within France, a containment system is set up throughout the country from Tuesday 17 March at 12:00 noon for a minimum of fifteen days. Domestic travel is prohibited except in the following cases and subject to a written certificate:
journey from home to work when teleworking is not possible;
shopping for basic necessities in authorized local shops;
medical appointments ;
childcare or care of vulnerable people, under the strict condition that the barrier gestures are respected;
sport, only on an individual basis.

C - For your travels to and from France :
All travel is prohibited for the next 15 days from or to France, with the exception of French citizens coming back to France from abroad. The borders of the Schengen area will be closed from 17 March - noon for a period of 30 days. This means there will be no leaving nor entering the French territory for this period of time.

If you wish to exchange your tickets or postpone your trip due to the spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus you will benefit from free exchange and refund fees for all your connecting TGV INOUI, Intercités, OUIGO and TER trains running until April 30th.
ACCOR Hotel :
1. Customers who have booked directly with Accor via the all.accor.com website, the ALL application,
the general call center or directly with one of our hotels AND
having booked at a flexible rate, can modify or cancel their reservation :
- by going to the all.accor.com site and clicking on "My reservations"; ii. by contacting our general booking centre (numbers below)
having booked a non flexible fare, can modify or cancel their reservation : i. by contacting our general booking centre (numbers below)
2. Customers who have booked via a travel agency, online booking platform or other third party channel are invited to contact the relevant booking entity directly for any assistance requests.
