In line with the Local Marketing & Sales needs, the B2B E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for implementing content on the B2B portal, supporting workflow optimization, increasing sales via the travel agent reservation platform, and communicating via B2B DEM.

Profile

Skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience in e-commerce. 
  • Experience in the travel/hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Dutch, English, and French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office. 
  • Hands-on mentality, quick comprehension, affinity for technology. 
  • Open to learning our CMS (Sitecore) for content translations and updates on B2B platforms. 
  • Basic experience with Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, InDesign for creating visual materials, and Premiere Pro for video editing. 
  • Understanding and use of KPIs with Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Good communication skills for collaboration with B2B partners and travel agents. 
  • Intercultural competence and ability to work in a remote team.
  • Ability to work on a routine basis and follow through with tasks consistently. 
  • Structured, curious about digital, with an eye for details and focus on deadlines.

Tasks:

  • Implement global and local content (promos, news, ships page, etc.) on Benelux B2B platforms
  • Developing the B2B booking process incl. platform analyses, UX optimization, UAT tests, and reporting.
  • Identify, specify, evaluate, prioritize, and communicate new requirements with HQ. 
  • Support travel agents and partners for technical issues, including managing B2B accounts.
  • Liaise with the local sales teams to maximize the commercial impact of the tool.
  • Manage the OTA (online travel agencies) portal to agree on the new integration and XML support. 
  • Communicate news and updates to XML/GDS/OTA partners
  • Develop flyers, visuals, Facebook posts, and videos for events, fairs, / B2B partners.
  • Optimize the B2B DEM to increase the opening and conversion rates and decrease the bounce rate.
  • Manage the database quality (CRM) 
  • Liaise with the central operational CRM team and B2B e-commerce teams. 
  • Open to additional tasks and responsibilities, both ad hoc and permanent.
