PEP flights can now be booked and managed more flexibly

Please note for your next PEP booking: starting 3 February 2025, you will only be able to book our PEP offers in the GDS or via NDC. This will make booking more flexible and give you more options. In addition to booking flights and issuing tickets, in future you will also be able to rebook or refund your ticket yourself in your reservation system.

An approval code is required for ticket issuance. You can apply for the approval code on the eXperts website via the online form "Request form for PEP offer".
