We're seeking two dynamic and motivated Business Development Managers to join our growing team in the exciting and fast-paced travel industry. This role will primarily focus on promoting and engaging our B2B partners with the Wavemaker Hospitality brands, including Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, Mare Resorts, Aphrodite Hills, AMOH Rhodes and APHI Resorts.

 

The ideal candidates will need to be creative and have a passion for the travel industry, with the ability to effectively engage with travel professionals. Although not essential, experience in the travel and Luxury travel sector will be an advantage. A full and clean driving license is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·    Promote and engage travel agents with a portfolio of leading hospitality brands, including      Atlantica Hotels & Resorts   ,    Mare Resorts   ,    Aphrodite Hills Resort   ,    AMOH, a Luxury Collection Resort, Rhodes    and    APHI Resorts   .                  

·    Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners.

·    Develop and deliver sales presentations, using tools such as Microsoft Office and Canva.

·    Attend industry events, trade shows and meetings to promote brands and expand our growing network.

·    Work closely with the marketing team to ensure promotional materials and campaigns align with strict brand policies.

·    Analyze market trends to identify opportunities of growth.

·    Provide regular feedback to the team on agent performance, market trends, and needs.

·    Ensure that all sales-related activities are documented, tracked, and reported in a timely manner.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

·    Ability to live and work in Belgium, Netherlands, France & Luxembourg

·    Strong communication skills and native-level proficiency in local language.

·    Proven experience within the travel industry, ideally experience in role.

·    Confident in presenting and relationship building

·    Ability to travel and work occasional weekends - working hours are not always office hours

·    Knowledge of Microsoft office, Canva and social media platforms
