Help us reach your customers in case of flight irregularities: please always enter the customer contact details in the PNR using the “SSR CTC” format.

Obligatory provision of a “Group Emergency Contact”

Please note that the "Lufthansa Group Schedule Change/Irregularity Policy in Group Business for Travel Agents” is also valid for Brussels Airlines group bookings. This means that it is obligatory that for each group, a contact (“Group Emergency Contact”) must be provided who is reachable outside office hours and can make decisions on behalf of the respective group. Please enter this “Group Emergency Contact” as an OSI-Element in the PNR.

Check in online

Always recommend online check-in to your customers via the airline app or website.

Our tip: Please be sure to provide your customers with the airline booking code or ticket number, as this information is required for identification purposes when checking in online.
