All passengers on long-haul flights of Brussels Airlines will now receive Ralph & Roxy's ice creams on board. Philip Bogaert, who until recently produced ice cream as a hobby, can thus make the leap to a professional career as an ice cream producer. With the collaboration, the airline aims to highlight an authentic, small-scale Belgian entrepreneurial story and give an even stronger taste of its Belgian identity on board.
