New process: tickets must be issued according to pricing information as per the Book-a-Group contract (Belgian market). After departure, Lufthansa Group will refund the net fare and YQ for the promotional ticket(s) via ACM or credit note. At the time of reservation, the name of the school/institution is required. The prefix of the group name must be “SCHOOL” to distinguish the groups bookings entitled to this promotion. A group name that reflects the purpose of travel and the destination makes it easier to keep track of the booking. Example: “SCHOOL XXX(name of the school) BCN”.
